Today's itinerary was fantastic. Too bad I can't ride a bike. I will definitely recommend this activity to friends coming to Dali. The Huoshan Sunset a couple of days ago was also amazing. Today, my kid and grandma were both awesome—I'm so impressed by them!

Interesting souls are always balanced between movement and stillness. With some reverence, and also some fearlessness. Different lives, same ending—what differs is the experience. I happened to meet two sisters digging wild vegetables in the mountains. I took them and chewed, drank mountain spring water straight from the source. My companion was afraid I'd get poisoned and objected to me eating everything, especially since there was a sign 5 meters away saying 'Start Rescue Mode.' But to prove the water was good, after I drank a big bowl, a local aunt came over, cupped her hands, and drank too, so I kept drinking. I ate all kinds of wild greens they were washing, whose names I don't know, plus various raw meats that are only eaten raw here. At the Friday market, I bought and tasted all sorts of things I'd never eaten before. Yunnan's pristine local goods, and everyone I met was hospitable—whatever they handed me, I downed it all in one gulp.

Today's 27km ride involved climbing hills, countryside wilderness, and cycling along Erhai Lake. Couldn't take photos while riding, but the scenery was stunning. My eyes were cleansed all day.

Between sunrise and sunset, every day feels surreal # # The first cycling route from Cangshan Hiking Home, with a fantasy feel like Alice in Wonderland, winding through mountains, streams, villages, fields, and the lakeside. We stumbled upon a sweet Israeli owner's coffee and pastries, a village painter, scenery reminiscent of Hangzhou's tea houses and terraces, a seaside forest bathed in golden light that makes you want to take a nap, and then turned to see the vast fields before Cangshan where farmers were busy working. Finally, we returned to the bustling ancient city, like a long dream under the sun. Once again, falling in love with Dali #

'@Shengkai Bike Thank you, Laoshuai, for accompanying us all the way. This unique route gave us a full dose of dopamine. The scenery was pleasant, the small restaurant had delicious and affordable food, and the market was lively and down-to-earth. I feel that choosing this activity was absolutely right. Thanks to all the friends from Cangshan Hiking Home.'
