Hillside Village Tea Garden | Overlooking Dali's Sunrise and Sunset

During the early morning and evening, the two quietest times of the day, walk up the tea garden path at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. The villages and Erhai Lake behind you gradually unfold and become three-dimensional. In the golden light of dawn and dusk, the houses and trees in the mountains appear more gentle.

This is a place we often go for a walk in our free time. It is a quiet, little-known corner at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. Here, the view is wide, and you can overlook the calm waters of Erhai Lake. Amidst the changing colors of the seasons throughout the year, you can experience the real and flowing rural life.

Activity arrangement:

The activity is scheduled for two time slots: morning and evening (meeting time adjusts according to the season).

Morning: 7:40 (around sunrise)

Evening: 15:00

Meeting point: Coffee Nature Studio at the foot of the mountain

As it is a leisurely walking route, the entire distance is 2 kilometers with an elevation gain of 90 meters. Children aged 4 and above and adults can sign up.

Early morning:

We set out before sunrise. The sky still has a pale moonlight, the air is slightly cool. In winter, a thin mist rises over Erhai Lake and the villages, and a layer of frost forms on the leaves of plants.
