The three restaurants I ran during these ten years in Dali have been the most important part of my personal growth. From a complete novice who couldn't cook, had never run a store, and lacked any confidence, to developing all the dishes on the menu myself, designing menus, catering cold buffets, delivering takeout, and training staff, I have become a more independent, self-reliant, and confident person. I really love the changes I've gone through over these ten years.
