Details
Dahai is an old friend of mine. We met in Shanghai in 2004. He is from Anhui. Since his teenage years, he has wandered around: farming, logging, growing black fungus, and hunting in the northeast. In his youth, he worked as a barber and at an outdoor store in the city, then opened guesthouses, restaurants, and went sailing in Weizhou Island and Hainan. Now settled in Dali, he used to run Cangshanlu Farm and now runs Cangshanlu Restaurant. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes that integrate his years of life experience and learning: seafood, Chongqing cuisine, Hainan cuisine.
