Xiao Wu's 'Red Onion Bread Studio'

Xiao Wu is a Dali native, once one of the earliest employees of 'San Nei Croissant', and also worked at Pushi. Later, he started his own baking studio called 'Red Onion Bread Studio', which has no storefront and only does community deliveries. It is quite popular and also serves as a baking supplier for some coffee shops. #MiniProgram://QunJieLong/LOKzXi4zJEnwSsp (Copy and open in WeChat) Hong Hong's introduction to Xiao Wu's baking studio: 'Zhao Xiaowu worked at San Nei Croissant for several years, from barista to baker, mastering every position. While he was still at San Nei, I often got to eat various toast he experimented with after work at the shop. Xiao Wu recently quietly opened a community bread studio with no physical store. He holds group buying sessions twice a week, offering simple, homey everyday bread: toast, sea salt rolls, bagels, one or two types of sourdough, madeleines, etc. Since there are already many bread options near my home, I haven't participated in the group buying. But the other day, I went to Damao's coffee shop 'Yin Shi You Du' in the old town and ran into Xiao Wu delivering goods. I tried his new lemon dill sea salt roll and was blown away. I felt I must recommend it to you bread lovers.'

'Dear friends,

This group buying is for Friday.

Pickup time: 14:00-18:00

Old town pickup point:

Navigate to Tai Yang Guang Coffee (No. 91 Pingdeng Road)

If you don't pick up before the coffee shop closes that day, you can only pick up the next day.

Bread can be kept at room temperature for 2-3 days.

Bread is best eaten on the day!!

Buy only what you can eat, don't hoard!

For next-day consumption, spray water and reheat (180°C for 3-5 minutes).

Bread can be frozen for up to half a month.

Just reheat before eating.'

Although Xiao Wu left San Nei Croissant to start his own baking studio, he still maintains a special connection with San Nei Croissant.

He returns to San Nei during Spring Festival to take a group photo, and occasionally helps out at San Nei when needed. Sometimes he might also use San Nei Croissant's good equipment to make some products.
