The best experiences in Dali are all at Hiking Home! Guide Wangwang's medium and long-distance hikes can take you deep into the quiet places of Cangshan, walking on paths covered with pine needles, overlooking Erhai Lake, and experiencing the grandeur of Cangshan. Guide Yanzi's stream rubbing and dyeing is very suitable for children. Find a flat stone, tap and knock, and a beautiful bag is finished. Highly recommend!!!

I've been to Dali many times. Last time, guide Wang Wang led me on a hike to Jizu Mountain. This time, I brought two new friends and we experienced the hike to Zhonghe Temple! Throughout the process, the guide was very compatible with us, and we had a great time. We took many beautiful photos! The forest picnic had a wonderful atmosphere, fulfilling all the fantasies of girls haha. A joyful Dali trip. For girls who want a relaxed experience, want great photos, and want to have fun, I suggest taking the cable car up instead of climbing the mountain. Enjoy the forest views, take photos in the mist, and breathe in the fresh air deeply.

The route design was great, a bit tiring but just right. The guide Wangwang managed the pace well and also gave plant explanations along the way, so I learned a lot. It was a wonderful experience.

Very nice! We chatted and laughed the whole way, and learning about the fungi and plants along the route didn't feel tiring at all. If I have the chance to come to Dali again, I'll definitely try other routes.

Great route! Being in nature made me feel happy, and I learned a lot about plants along the way. It was also a good challenge for myself—I really need to improve my fitness. Going up is easier than coming down; next time I'll try to be as light as a swallow on the descent instead of using my hands and feet like this time, haha...

Today's hiking guide was Tailor and his dog, the Border Collie Guobao. Since it was the low season, I was the only one who signed up. I was worried the trip might be canceled, but it turned out to be a solo hike. Guide Tailor was very warm and patient—I was truly touched. Along the way, we saw ferns, raspberries, fungi, tea plantations, pecans, and azaleas. Tailor patiently introduced every plant we encountered. It was a worthwhile trip. He also kept an eye on my physical condition and adjusted our pace, breathing, and rest accordingly. On the descent, he taught me energy-saving techniques, which were very helpful. Safe and reliable. We had vegetarian meals at Zhonghe Temple, which were delicious. After lunch, we strolled along the Jade Belt Road to aid digestion. It was a great itinerary! Since it's a medium-distance hike, some basic fitness is needed, like a regular habit of hiking or exercise. Again, I highly recommend guide Tailor and Guobao. See you on Cangshan next year!

I participated in two activities: Exploring the Fern Forest and Zhonghe Temple & Taoxi Grand Canyon. Two consecutive days of hiking with gradually increasing intensity. I recommend the Zhonghe Temple hike. We climbed from 10:00 to 16:00, covering over ten kilometers of mountain trails. I pushed my limits and set personal records—it was my first time hiking so deep into the mountains. The scenery was breathtaking. Indeed, the grandeur of mountain views is proportional to their steepness. There were cliffs right beside us, making my legs a bit weak, but it was absolutely worth it! The guides Wangwang and Tianqiao Frank were very friendly and professional. Along the way, they shared a lot of knowledge about plants and animals, and they took care of the group's pace and safety. Excellent. Cangshan Hiking Home offers many activities. I will continue to experience them on future visits to Dali.

Heals the exhaustion of parents. I signed up for the West Lake Bird Watching, Mocui Tea Room Tea Cake Making, and Zhonghe Temple Hiking. It was an unforgettable experience, accompanied by beautiful scenery. The guides were professional and fun. Teacher Wang Bin was especially knowledgeable, and I learned a lot. It's very suitable for parents to bring their children, observing nature, experiencing rural life, learning about intangible cultural heritage, and doing some handicrafts. It not only exercises the children but also heals the exhaustion of parents.

Surprises Walking through the lush and majestic Cangshan Mountains, blending into the dense forest of heaven and earth, emptying the mind for a spiritual dialogue with nature. Birds softly echo with you, and mushrooms in the forest are like mountain spirits, suddenly catching your eye with surprises. Here, there are not only green mountains and clear waters, but also a group of brave and determined friends who stick to their dreams, leading passersby who dare not venture into Cangshan for an intimate encounter with nature. Yunnan is a magical place; you are not just a passerby. There are always some scenery you don't want to miss, and some friends you want to meet again.

A different way to experience Cangshan I've been to Dali many times but never climbed Cangshan. This time I brought three friends and took this route. Starting from a mysterious path near Dali Ancient Town, we went straight into the forest and climbed up to Zhonghe Temple. Along the way, the guide enthusiastically explained various mushrooms and ferns. After lunch at the temple, we set off from Zhonghe Temple along the Jade Belt Road and encountered another side of Cangshan. Amidst the magnificent canyons, we could always see Erhai Lake in the distance. There were streams and waterfalls along the way, and on a whim, we even waded into a waterfall with water at 10 degrees Celsius. The descent was along an ancient path covered in pine needles, like walking through the Wizard of Oz. The overall intensity was moderate; even without much exercise background, you could fully enjoy the exhilaration of aerobic exercise in the forest. My three companions all said they gained a new understanding of hiking. This niche and rich experience gave us a different feeling about Dali, Cangshan, and Erhai.
